The following items may be critical to your loan being completed in a timely manner. Please provide them if they apply to you.

Full Document

• Current pay stub within 30 days.
• W-2 forms and 1040’s for the last 2 years.
• Bank statements for the last 2 months.

Full Document - Self Employed

• 1040's for the last two years.
• Year to date Profit and Loss Statement.

Additional Documents

• Investment accounts.
• Asset accounts.
• Retirement accounts.
• Copy of Bankruptcy papers (with discharge schedule), if applicable.

Note: Each loan is exceptional, and may require additional documents to close
